see, OK, tonight just confirmed how much of a JYNX I am on the team!

I got home from work the other night and we were winning by 1 so I logged onto nhl.com to watch and we lost that game (to phoenix)

So then I don't watch this game and we win and play well!

I was off all day and yet didn't know we played. Oh well, we won. That's all that matters.

God I still hope there is a chance we make the playoffs this year haha.

I have no idea. i read somewhere that they are wanting to try to trade him but if they have to just let him go at the end of the season and eat the 4mil for the year then they will.

He is most definitely not welcome in the locker room ever again though.

I'M NOT A JYNX!!! I just watched the whole game tonight and we won in OT. Man I tell you, with Eriksson and Brunnstrom and Neal and Peterson... I will really miss Mo, but these kids are great. I honestly think Eriksson will fill the gap singlehandedly and Neal is my boy... I hope the stars keep them like they kept Mo.

Yes, Eriksson is excellent, always liked him.. I missed a little by only listening, but I'm glad I even got that
I gotta say, though, Ribiero is my all-time favorite. I think its more because of his personality, I met him at their practice, and he was a great guy. Brunnstrom is right up there in my favorites, too. He has impressed me immensely.

I can't really pick favorites...

Eriksson, Neal, Mo, Turco, Otter, Ribs, Morrow, the list goes on and on. I always have to brace myself come the offseason and just HOPE none of the guys I like a lot have to pack their bags. I recently seen two of my favorites go in the Richards deal, Jokinen and Smith. I thought both of them would be with this organization for a long time.

Otter is my sister, Alyssa's, favorite. He is a really awesome guy, too. She was in the restroom when he came in for practice, and I told him where she was and how upset she'd be, and he waited there to meet her!

Oh, Jokinen. He was always top of my list, I even cried when he was traded. (pathetic, LOL) I never understood why they chose the two of them to trade, I suppose they have reasons, I just can't see it. Richards is fantastic, of course, I just miss Jussi.

That is great of Otter to do. It's true what they say, Hockey players do the most for their fans.

Alyssa, that's a real nice name, which is kinda close to what my first daughters name WILL be, (my ex gf really liked it, so whoever actually is the mother of this child will learn to love it haha) is Alyssia. Close eh? Just snuck in an I basically.

Richards really is a great addition, but we gave up a lot for him. And for basically ONLY richards. Holmqvist was an OK back up but we just released him anyway.

I really hope that we have found out that formula again and don't have any sloppy games the rest of the year and get ready for a playoff run no matter what seed we get. I don't know why they play turco so much though. Stefan is a decent guy to get in there when turcs needs a rest.

It is a massive failure in life of mine. It will probably be too cold to wear a t-shirt too... but I still might. Either way, I'm sure I'll be one of the extremely very few people in Ohio that root for the stars. So it should be fun.

It's been.... 4 years ago from black friday that I went to an NHL game, tampa bay vs st louis, the year TB won the cup and I was living in Orlando. I've been to one AHL game since then, that was when I was in basic training in san antonio and I watched a san antonio rampage game. I did buy a rampage jersey though.

Long story short, I'm a failure of a stars fan for not having a stars jersey.

And my goal in life is to be present for a HOME stars playoff game. Or hell a home stars game at any time!

well... thats about a 16.5hr drive. one way. a little steep, not to mention the price of tickets. and yes, i'm poor too.
