Hmm...there are two things you've mentioned there. Firstly, we don't believe it's too much responsibility, but this is subjective. We also don't believe that a person is "unqualified" to give a constructive comment.

If you doubled what you wrote just there, that would be what we would ask for, but only if you wanted to get a comment back. If you just wanted to comment, you can comment however you like, whatever you like, whenever you like.

It's only when you ask for a comment back on your work that we have limits/restrictions on the kinds of comments you can give (e.g. 6-7 lines/200 words minimum).

Otherwise, if you don't want any comments back, you can do whatever you like.
