I was getting a little concerned as some of the submissions are about to be dropped. I went in and removed the voting. So far we've gotten lots of wonderful work in great format. I don't think we need to do more than screen when we can to keep the work up to the level we prefer rather than make every one wait for one of us to vote. Is that okay with you?

yes that is fine with me as long as they keep the work to what our group is about if they don't we will have to remove the work from the group, hopefully I will be able to get back on more often, it has been hectic lately.
