Well, really it depends what you mean by the question (which is not silly at all). If you mean can I read or speak or hear or write Latin fluently, or at least without difficulty, then the answer is really "no". I know a little Latin; I supposedly know the grammar, more or less; but if you gave me a Latin text I wouldn't understand that much of it.
But if you ask me do I know any Latin at all, yes, I do, and I have a few texts, mostly prayers, committed to memory (the Our Father, Hail Mary, Apostle's Creed, Nicene-Constantinopolitan Creed, Athanasian Creed, etc.). My signature, of course, is Latin, and means "The time of life [given] to all is short and irrecoverable": a sentiment that has been repeated before and after Virgil, but his expression of it really struck me. The word order, you see, is freer in Latin than it is in English: you couldn't say "brief and irreparable time to all [men] there is of life" in English, at least not idiomatically; but you can in Latin.
Personally I think Latin would be a much better "International Language" than English (which has the disadvantage of being a living language) and Esperanto (which is much deader than Latin ever was). And it was a living language until quite recently in historical terms. And if you read Virgil, St Augustine, etc. in English you are not really getting Virgil or St Augustine: you are getting the translator's rendition of him; if the translation is very good, then you get something that is as close as you can get in another language than that in which the writer thought and wrote: but still it is a translation. If you read the exact words of the original language, that is something else entirely. And it is not harder to learn Latin than it is to learn French or Spanish or Italian or German or Swahili or whatever; all you would need (if you wanted to learn any language) would be motivation and the necessary resources, of which there are quite a few on the Internet.
There is a rather long-winded answer to a straight question; but I hope it is a satisfactory one.
