Erm, I've seen plenty of artists who get DD's for replicating photos to near perfection.
Anyway, regardless of what I think, in the end, it's DA's decision. If you think something violates the rules, report it. I don't agree with jumping to conclusions and relentlessly bothering an artist when they don't know what's happening for sure.

Hm, I wasn't even bothering the artist, anyway. 
I agree that when you do comment constantly on artist's page and spam "Traced" it would be considered harassment, but when you're peacefully talking it out, it's not really. Some thieves do take offense even when a person is speaking without any malicious intent.
