yo, sorry for bothering you here. i just wanted to say that systems (as stated in your description  ) can only be caused by trauma. DID and OSDD are the only mental illnesses that can cause alters to split and having alters without a trauma that caused them isn't possible.
it just bothered me because a lot of people believe you don't "need" trauma to have alters but you do.

I'd rather not follow you, just because I've been on both sides of the fence in the past (although when I called myself truscum it was under the agreement that dysphoria is just not feeling like the gender you were born as, and not actually hating your body or anything (plus I was never a gatekeeper at all)) Just feels better for me if that makes sense!
