well I am doing an audio drama series and need an artist but you probably would decline as episode 1 alone require 31 which I have someone working on I try to get one artist per episode.
seven dreams and nightmares is a story about the seven My Little Pony Tales saga and their experiences at the moment the world changed, in both timelines that lead to G3 and to G4, as recorded by Princess Luna. a spell to make everypony immortal by splitting and scattering shards of The Rainbow Of Light resulted in an apocalyptic retcon of the universe it is the story of the survivours and their hardships.
it spans generations 1 thru 4
each episode revolves around one of the g2 ponies from the my little pony tales tv show
each episode has three basic components: before the world reformation spell, the g3 world that the spell created,and after the disaster (time was reset and the reformation spell was disrupted thereby preventing the perfect world of g3 and instead became a post-apocalyptic wasteland)

I'm sure you got a note from yes? If so, then you should have the directions and guidelines when it comes to sorting. I'm just going to tack on a few notes that you may or may not have already heard from him:
1. When in doubt when sorting a deviation, leave it. You can ask either Cudpug or myself (since we're the most consistent sorters) for help or you can wait for us to sort it ourselves. The last thing any of us wants is to see the Misc. folder filled with deviations that we know belong to an appropriate folder.
2. Here's where I have to become the bad cop. If the submission box is full of deviations for multiple days in a row, then your job is obviously not being fulfilled. In that case, we will give you warnings, but ultimately will remove you from the staff if you continue to fall behind in your duties. Of course, if something personal is going on in your life, just tell us and we'll understand. This rule applies for however long you choose to be on the group's staff. We don't want moderators who lag behind in the future simply because they got bored of the job, so keep up that initial working enthusiasm I'm sure you have!
Seeing as how Cudpug will be gone for the rest of the year, I'll be in charge of you and will be keeping an eye on your work. I'll note or comment to you if I feel you're sorting incorrectly, though my primary concern is whether or not the sorting is being done in the first place.
Sorry for the long comment, I'm done for now. Again, congratulations on your new position and best of luck to your duties!

I know I'll do my best to do my job.
I do have some questions regarding sorting:
I'll use these three as example.
-Mysterious Mare Do Well: [link]
-Timberwolves: [link]
-Celestia with human: [link]
1) For MMDW, where would one put that? I would assume a secondary character, even though the character is played by the mane six.
2) I'm not sure about the Timberwolves.They are antagonists, but do they count as secondary characters?
3) As for the last one, if there is any submission that is an mlp character that appears with a human, (not humanized) where would that go. This last one has the princess in it, so it went into secondary character.
--I'm clear about the extensions in folders. The mane six is pretty clear. So are the numbered ones ('Folder' 1/2/3). I only have a question about the secondary characters. Would all secondary characters go into the 'Secondary Characters 2' folder, or would I check if there is an extension for the character in the first secondary characters folder.
Example: I receive two separate submissions, one of Spike and one of Zecora. Both are secondary characters. I would put Zecora in the "Secondary Character 2" folder. And I would put Spike in the "Secondary Character>Spike" folder, because he has a specific extension.
Now it's my turn: Sorry for my long comment. I just want to make sure I'm doing my job right.

Hi! I'd be more than happy to answer your questions!
1) MMDW indeed goes into Secondary Characters. Unless the picture explicitly shows the costume being worn by someone else, such as a picture where Luna is wearing the costume but not the mask, then MMDW will belong in the secondary folder. For that hypothetical case I mentioned, the picture would belong in the Princesses subfolder in the Secondary Characters folder. And to further complicate things, if the format of the picture was a comic, then it would actually belong in the Comics subfolder in the Misc. folder. So in terms of importance, format (comics, customs and crafts, animations, wallpapers) comes first, whoever is in the picture comes second.
2) The Timberwolves would count as Secondary Characters. The Antagonists subfolder is reserved for the big baddies like Nightmare Moon, Discord, Chrysalis, and Sombra. Any other dark creature or jerk like the hydra or Gilda belongs in the general Secondary folder.
3) For those ones, you would copy and paste. Since Celestia is in there, you would copy it into Secondary Characters folder. The human would count as an OC, so you would then move the original picture you copied into the OC folder. Or you can copy into the OC folder first, whatever floats your boat.
We only have a Secondary Characters 2 folder right now because we were making space in the first Secondary folder. For now, I think we do have room in the first Secondary folder, so just ignore and don't worry about the Secondary Characters 2 folder until the general first one is completely full. But in the case you're mentioning, you would indeed check if there is an extension for the character first before putting the picture into the general first or second Secondary Characters folder. The example you mentioned is a perfect case of you doing your job correctly! The only thing is that we still have a bit of room left in the first Secondary Characters folder, so Zecora could have gone in there. But don't worry about moving it or anything; just keep that in mind for the future. Same thing goes for the OC folders. We oddly have a bit of room left in the first OC folder, so fill that up first. Then try the second OC folder. When both are full, then you may proceed to filling up the third OC folder.
Also, just to make sure you know, the Misc. folder also has subfolders for Animations, Games (this includes Minecraft made pictures), Techy Stuff (wallpapers and the like), Maps and Landscapes (like pictures of just Canterlot or Ponyville as scenery), and Comics.

I'm confused about the wording for example 3 (with Celestia). That means the image would go into two folders? Copied once into Secondary>Princesses, and once again into Original Character?
This would also apply to other images with different characters that belong in two different folders?

No problem!
And for example 3, the image would indeed go into two folders. Not the Princesses subfolder though, just the general Secondary Characters folder and the OC folder. The specific subfolders are only for when that type of character is by themselves. So if you had a picture of Twilight and Celestia, you wouldn't copy and paste the picture into Just Twilight and then move the original to Princesses. You would copy the picture to Mane 6 and then move the original to Secondary. The only time you can copy and paste to a specific subfolder is for humanizations. If you have a humanized Rainbow Dash and Big McIntosh, then you would copy the picture into Humanized Mane 6 and then move the original to Secondary Humanized. If you have a humanized Background character or OC, then just move those to the Background/OC folders since those don't have a subfolder for humanizations.
This copy and paste rule indeed applies to any image with different characters that belong in two different folders. For a crazy example, if you had a picture with Twilight, Celestia, Derpy, and an OC, you would copy and paste the image to each respective folder.
