I wish we had middle-difficulty classes, and thanks. I think I'll do well in college, but im worried that it'll be a big change from high school

Lucky! We only have 2 levels (have i mentioned that?) so there is NOT any variety

That is most certainly true! And change is often good, I've often found myself in a rut that almost impossible to break out of unless something else important happens. I hate ruts...

Great!! Are they universities you really wanted to get into? How many did you apply to?
I didn't apply to any universities so I don't really get the excitement and happiness with an acceptance, but I took the Class-Placement test for the college I'm going to go to, I did well but it was a super easy test

And I still feel REALLY bad about the letter, one of my main goals this weekend is to finish it 'cause i feel like such a failure right now

also, i wrote this in the letter but i feel like writing it now, can you tell me what college you're going to go to? I realize that you'd have to when we continue writing to one another, but I harboring a secret fantasy/desire to go to canada for college after junior college or for a semester at the very least, idk if you want to support my fantasy/desire but what do you think?

I TOTALLY SUPPORT IT!! THAT WOULD BE FANTASTIC!! I'm going to McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario. It's a good hour-hour and a half drive from where I live now but it's a well known school with a great reputation My second choice was Ryerson University in Toronto because it's very contemporary and hands on, also with a good reputation.

You should totally come! Aside from getting to meet you, going somewhere else for post-secondary is a good learning experience (that's why I'm going to live on-campus)

Cool! It sounds like an iteresting school, I'll have to look on it's website to see if it has what I want to do, though it probably does

I think it'd be so cool to go to canada for college 1. it'd technically count as spending time in a foreign country, 2. I'd get to meet you, 3. it'd be a cool experience.

The only problem would be asking my parents. They probably wouldn't mind too much, but i'd definately have to get a job to help pay for college and it'd be hard just telling them I want to go to Canada 'cause so far my plans are to transfer to University of CA Berkeley or Davis. Going to Canada would be such a change from that...

Ya, I don't know about how expensive universities are over there but it's pretty pricey here (in my eyes anyway) But I have heard that Berkeley is a great school, so it wouldn't be terrible if you ended up there

For my major I need mostly math classes, but I haven't really looked into the classes I'll take the 2nd 2 years of university

Berkeley is really nice and a very good school, and because it's a UC it doesn't cost as much as many schools. I'm just not entirely sure. I also really like UC Davis, but I also really want to either visit Canada or go there for school

Lol, well I'm looking at all of the transfer/exchange programs I can to find one for Canada!

No problem about the grad letter I felt horrible about not sending the letter with it, I finished it the week after and still havent mailed it yet I feel HORRIBLE
And really? your school colors are red and white?! That's cool!! (and as you said kinda freakish )

Graduation was weird. It was super windy so everyone was clutching their hat-things and the diplomas even blew off of their table at one point But it still hasn't kicked in yet that I'm no longer a high school student! Apparently everyone else is having "OMG!" moments, but not me...

oh lol that's crazy about your grad. Ours are always indoors and everyone is different. I'm having OMG moments and I'm not even done yet

Lol, well I feel like maroon and grey would be better. We are the Flames (like fire) Personally I think it's a lame mascot. At first, the school was the Tokay-Flames (which is a type of grape) but then there were too many students so it split to 2 high schools. We're the Lodi Flames and they're the Tokay Tigers.
My brother was in Student Govt when they were coming up with a nickname for a new gym they built. Every name they came up with wasn't good 'cause it either implied the Holocaust (I think the name was the oven), was the opposite (the Fire House, firefighters put OUT flames), so it was named Big Red. But now it has an official name 'cause a family donated more money so they named it after them

So are you OMG moments like: OMG I'm practically done with high school, now I'm going away to college, I'm moving out, etc? I'm asking 'cause I think that's what everyone else was thinking

That sounds cool. A whole week without exams. Our last week was 4 days (M-Th and we graduated Thursday) (though non-seniors had to come Fri for exams) Mon+Tues were normal days, Wed and Thurs were half-days 'cause of final exams. I had a drama performance Wed, but the other 3 classes (2 per day) I just sat there with nothing to do.
