I just wanted to drop you a note, when I read through the lines that you have been through a tough period, and to tell you how much I appriciate your writing.

As a writer whose native language is not English, I can't help but feel like I'm somewhat 'handicapped' when writing. I've learned lots from your stories, ranging from your smart vocabulary and excellent grammar to your perverted humour and the accurate portrayal of the characters.
Apart from using your stories as study material, I really enjoy reading them whenever I find the time.

Awww, well thank you so much for caring <3 I'm okay though, it's been a rough few years, but overall I'm surviving I'm back on FF for the moment, at least, to finish up a fic, but to be frank, I'm not big on FF anymore because I don't really get the feedback I'm looking for (ie: ways to improve, not just "OMG UPDATE" type of thing). So I'm gonna finish my one fic and probably move on to other sites.

Well, I'm glad you're surviving. And I understand the feedback thing.

I just write for myself now-a-days. It gets out the stress and the ideas that I just have to get out. (redundancy is redundant)

And I'll always remember you, seriously. My sis and I, who watched you when you were updating Roommates (Oh god, we're all so old now), STILL compare everything we read on any site to you, and basically, we've never found better.

Sorry that I didn't get to this sooner. I really haven't been on here. I'm mostly over on Tumblr, emails, and forums that I usually don't stay on for very long either.

I hate how they handle theft but I try to ignore those photos. Recently though, my friend entered a contest and the admin accepted her. She was sure that she met all the requirements but they kicked her out without giving her a real explanation. Lame.

Yeah, see I feel like this site is kinda run by children sometimes? I don't know, I understand that it's a huge site with thousands of people, but they should have like, idk, sections for the severe breaking of rules (like theft) and each "section" should have a certain number of people watching them so that things get done faster. Idk, maybe I'm just expecting too much because Ygal is awesome with everything.
