An accident, sorry. I was aiming for "download" and clicked the wrong link by mistake. Interesting animation, but why did you make it a .mov instead of just the usual .gif?

If you are using Photoshop (and not ImageReady) then just click the view Animation Tab thing from the menu. (It should be under View or Windows if I remember right).
Under each frame should be a time. 0 seconds, 0.1 seconds, 0.5 seconds, 1 second, etc. Try setting it to .1 or .5 and see if that helps.
If you are using ImageReady it should be about the same process.

You can select all. Just select all then change one and all the others should update. Remember that it will actually take that long for each frame though. So if you set it to one second each frame is going to take a full second before the next shows up, making it look way too slow. That is why I suggested .1 or .5

Actually, I did! I saw the bird version, then one with the red area on top, then the original. Then a few pictures of some famous statue and more. Interesting gallery you have.
