i think... let me see.. im going to play around photoshop elements a bit..
ah darn. since it's made to edit photos (and the photos aren't supposed to move) it doesnt have animation window..

I got it from a random minimarket where they sold cds with craks... hm...
maybe you should try downloading a crack, BUT WARNING, be sure you have a strong antivirus. Keygens/cracks work very well~ the bad notice is that they sometimes carry viruses...
