I don't Understand the following- There are guilds here (clubs)
There are for example 1 club Kotor lovers or hyberpunk but there are so many similar clubs concerning Naruto AT LEAST 3 CLUBS SASUKE LOVERS several clubs Naruto Universe lovers. Oh well they have similar rules and goals Even.
So what is the point of their existence anyway.
How should I react to this? what's the point in Joining if there are so many?
VAluable content could be spread out among any of them.
How can I find Best artworks in these conditions

I see what you mean. You could join, watch or participate in any or all of them, depending on the time you get to spend on deviant art every day... Artists will submit their works preferably in all the groups they can find, so you'll eventually notice there are about the same people in every group related to the same topic. But not all of them have the time and opportunity to submit their works everywhere. Do as you will, the point is not to see everything on DA anyways, you will never have enough time to see it all. Choose what looks nice to you, that's all!
