sure, basically, look for pictures of kamen riders and trace over them, that should start you off, then, start copying bits you want and add your own style, when your ready you should be able to make something new entirely, thats the best i can do for now, but il soon see to some more specific tips if you want

well i guess i mean tracing is where you get the picture and draw over it with a piece of paper, here like this

hmmm, look for anywhere lil a post office or coveiniance shop, perhaps there are som arts and crafts places nearby you've never seen yet, I'm not really sure cause i don't use tracing paper myself
