Certainly! I don't want to be rich from my art since it's still something I do more for fun than for money, but it is still nice to not have to leech off of everyone as much c:

Selling art for a satisfactory price on DA can be hard ;v; A good balance beteeen time worked on it, supply, and demand all count. However I usually end up making less than minimal wage on my works but occasionally I'll make much more than it! It really depends

Yeah that's a good way to price yourself. If a piece takes you like extra long for whatever reason tho, that'd be a bummer if you make under minimum wage. Hopefully you make more in the future!
