Ok how about one where Pikachu is babysitting Togepi and she decides to capture and tickle him.

I'll get us started then.
At two log cabinsin the kanto region, the three trainers Ash, Misty and Brock decided to let their pokemon out there while they explored the city. The pokemon got a seperate cabin all to them selves, Pikachu was tasked with babysitting Togepi as usual.

Togepi was just walking around with Pikachu

Pikachu smiled over at her as they walked, they were going to play one of her favorite games in the backyard. It was a kind of rodeo game where Togepi tries to lasso Pikachu. She get's him she can keep him tied up and tickle him for a whole day. He did'nt mind of course infact he loved being Togepi's captive.

Togepi and Pikachu get to the backyard and Togepi finds a lasso

"Alright Togepi, we'll start now." Pikachu smiled.
With this he takes off running, going just fast enough so Togepi can keep up.

Togepi runs after Pikachu, throwing the lasso at him, but she misses

"Hehe come on, I know you want to tickle me silly." Pikachu smiled.
Pikachu ran all around the field knowing she'll get him soon.

Togepi threw the lasso, barely missing him

Pikachu smiled and kept running" almost" pikachu encouraged.

Togepi threw the lasso one final time, finally catching the electric rodent

Pikachu gapsed playfully as the rope caught him right around the belly. He laid on his back so Togepi could easily drag her catch back to her.

Togepi happily dragged her prize to an open place so that she could tickle Pikachu all she wants without any interruptions

Seeing how happy she got when she caught him was the best part for Pikachu. He had to wonder how he'd be tied this time.

Togepi set Pikachu up against a tree and thought of how she would tie him to the tree. She lightly tickled his belly while thinking

Pikachu gave a cute laugh from this attack to his belly while waiting for her.

Togepi tied Pikachu's arms above his read and tied his body to the tree, making him unable to move. She also tied down his feet.

Pikachu stayed still as he was tied to the tree, then wiggled cutely for her with a smile on my face. Now he loved these games, but he just could'nt resist begging for mercy from her, knowing she adored it helpled him decide to not fix it at all.
"C-come on togepi, my belly's too ticklish." Pikachu begged cutely.

This got light laughter from him shaking a little in the ropes.

Togepi traced her hand around Pikachu's belly, pretending to make drawing on the electric rodent

It shook under the hand while his laughter grew harder from this attack. He could'nt help but wiggle adorably infront of Togepi.

Togepi started to tickle Pikachu's ribs, pretending to play a piano

His hard laughter drops down to hard giggles as she moves away from his most ticklish spot.

Togepi slid her hand back down to his belly, dragging her left hand up and down it. Her right hand did the exact same movements, but a little faster

His big huge laughter returned as he thrashed in the ropes holding him, an adorable sight for his little captor for sure.

She then blew a raspberry on her captive's belly.
