xD Every artist needs a bit of flattery. More times than not I feel that artists think "Oh man, my art will never be as good as [insert name here]" or "I'm not that good." But really a bit of compassion does people good, after your thank you I looked through your gallery a bit, I found it interesting that you've got a lot of traditional pieces but your newer ones are digital. I like how you draw too, your forms, and poses, and character designs, I like them

I feel that way quite a lot. Β I think people are just prone to think like that. Β But your flattery really touches me and I deeply appreciate it. :>
And thank you for noticing! Β That's because the first like 8 or so months I was on here I didn't have a tablet and only had a scanner and even when I got a tablet, I didn't use it too much because I felt I drew funny with it. Β So I kept doodlin' on paper and still do for and became less active when it came to posting art, but until recently, I picked up my tablet again and just start doodlin' with that too.
I still find proper line art and drawing proportionally kind of hard on a tablet and will for the most part just scan a drawing and color it in digitally that way.
And thank you again for the compliments. Β I've been trying to make more dynamic poses. Β I don't know whether they are working, but I'll keep practicing! Thank you again for all the encouragement, it really lifts my spirits! ouob

I think you're off to a great start, I know when I first picked up my tablet my drawings were complete poo on a poostick (though they still kinda are, I've only started to feel comfortable and esthetically pleasing with it recently). A lot of your newer drawings are pretty great. I like how you made Rizos like he was in a box, and task 1 all slouchy, Ryunosuke was all together pretty cool and the emotion in Lion all were pretty awesome for starting works.

xP I usually can't build up enough motivation to draw anymore than I have to. Omg like I can barely get to the linearting before just going and like freakin' going slope tastic sketch artist on it and having lines likes sklfjlaskjfl and bs colors under it :'D I'm bad at finedetails.

I've got a little bit more time now that the semester is starting to wind down, and since that gives me time to work on drawing characters I'm not as familiar with, that means some special doodles of Crissy and Xhene!!! BECAUSE I REALLY OWE YOU FOR THE LACK OF RP AND CRISSY+XHENE DOODLES.
So.....quick question for said dooodles.....What sort of person and what kind of clothes would our dear Crissy wear if he were a human in the real world? Xhene's an aspiring art student in college. I'm thinking I might even do a comic short for these two based in a real-world scenario.

Xhene's human-world name is Ezekiel. I kinda pictured Crisanto as being a Christopher or Christian or something so he'd still be 'Crissy' for short.
