just saw it. examples go from very simple drawings like [link] to more complex ones like [link]
Obviously the second one takes a lot more time. I can do both, it's up to whoever wants to decide.

wow looking at your art i see that you have improved in the past 7 mouths. i am a Contributor from the group and we are going to have a contest soon. we lack in points for prizes so i am asking around for artist that could draw for some of the prizes. do you want to be one of the artist?

I'm honored but i'm not sure i'll fit. Drawings like the "Fireflies" don't happen often, they take a lot of time and quality of shading really depends on the scenery, the light source and the position of the pony. If you're willing to risk it, i'd be happy to help

im willing to risk it; just give me an example of the drawing you will draw for the winner. It dossent have to be 'fire flies' it could be daring do or anything.

from what i see from your profile there seem to be a slight difference in the back of the mane. Plus there's the cutie mark (mine is a blank flank), the huge tail of mine, and the colors, which are a bit differents. So don't worry :3
And why wouldn't pony look the same ?
