alright, heres what you do. you record the sound (i suggest sound recorder) the you go to "file" in flash (ya know file, edit, insert, etc) and click "import to file", then you choose the sound file it has to be saved under .wav (for mx 2004 at least) and then you go to properties, you click on the frame whilst in properties, and a list will appear in the side, having your sound in it. you click the sound file and PRESTO! but you need it in a new layer, and at a blank keyframe.
