You don't use filters, and you certainly don't use stock images.... You use Ripped images. You may want to think twice before submitting your next rip. These images are copyrighted and it is illegal to post work involving them without prior permission.

I have took the liberty of creating an image showing the rip you have made as well as reporting the deviation to the Deviant art administrators. You have ripped your latest deviation from liberate's [link] You deserve to be banned from this community as well as shunned by your peers.

Well, I use IBM WebArt Designer for the whole thing basically, only use PhotoShop or PaintShop Pro for the brushing. I mostly create mine with STOCK images, you wouldn't think it, but it's true. Nothing else I can say, it's more of a thing I can show you rather than tell you.
