Yea, I can honestly say that when I started playing MxO, I was like, "HAHA... fucking RP nerds." But after skipping to a new server and joining up with an RP heavy clan, it kind of changed my mind on things. I write my stories from a totally dark and noir style/standpoint. My character is very conflicted internally.

I don't mind RP when it involves actually changing the course of an event (or the game). I hate using my imagination and talking to NPCS, though.

Quite the opposite with me. I originally got into RP, but now all I can say is, "Not worth it. I'd rather stay far away from RP than become among the overabundance of unoriginal bulk cliche'd RP".
That's not to say that I don't feel like helping out.
