This is completely unrelated to anything, but watch it anyway. The guy's voice gets kind of silly at times, but that's why everyone loves this song ^^. That, and it has a lot of meaning. It's actually a pretty depressing story if you think about it...and it happens to all of us eventually

I've spent so much of this summer running into stuff that actually emotionally effect me a little 
First the list of the best RPG music ever...then Moon Child (foreign film zomg POWERFUL don't read the wikipedia entry on it because it's horrible)...and now this thing. This thing hits more places than one...the BGM they used is from a major stage in the 1988/89 game Megaman/Rockman 2. I mean, it's the EPITOME of Megaman, that song
They have a Miku version of Okkusenman, but without the dude screaming out his sorrow and the flash vid, it's just not the same. [link]

Haha, everyone loves the dude for screaming it out XD. They have versions of the song done by other people after him...and people are always like "WHERE'S THE SCREAMING?"

...Basically Japan is dead. Economic crisis. People emigrate all over the place. Then there's a district called "Mallepa" somewhere in Asia where Taiwanese, Japanese, and people from Honk Kong get stuck living together. There's lots of gangs and stuff...fights break out because of differences in nationality. There's are a few orphans who stick together...one of them finds a man dying in the sunlight so he saves him...LAWL, the dude's a vampire XD. But at least he's not a sparkly one, y'know. And they all grow up and stuff...I dunno, it's really hard to explain. It's just something you're supposed to watch to understand. Basically I guess the theme is friendship, which is cheesy, but it's a really sad take on the theme because they're all growing up, they're all going to get old and die one day, but the vampire dude can't age. That, and he's pretty much a monster...whenever they get into a gang fight and people die, he sort of has to eat them 8D.
There's lots of loss in the movie. It's depressing.
...And I think it's REALLY good. You know I don't tolerate cheesy =_=, so I wouldn't call this movie "good" if it wasn't amazing.
