Well shucks, thanks for the very kind words!

Practice will always be effective, even if it doesn't immediately feel like it. If taking on a whole illustration is daunting at times then maybe focus on certain elements and practicing them individually. Like work on color for a bit, or atmosphere, or anatomy. Keep trying to put them together periodically too, and with time that'll come easier too :) (Smile)

ok you've really inspired me to just start painting landscapes straight from photos, for a while now ive avoided that and just stuck to thought up landscapes and used references but i really love the landscapes!!!! im glad i found your page, now watching you o_o

I just had a faving spree of your gallery LOL. But um, I just wanted to say that I really love how all of your drawings, even the loose speedpaints, make me feel like I'm in the picture. I can almost hear the ocean or feel the textures! It's really amazing. >w<
