Sooo I'm here to drop in and give a small speech. I've rediscovered you since years after the end of Flipnote Hatena, and honesty I was very excited when I did so. Seems like ages ago since the end of that program, but honestly it was so inspiring to watch your content there even though it might be outdated to you at this point. Funny thing is I rediscovered you by accident when I was randomly surfing through DA. I looked through your gallery and instantly recognized the characters you had made during your Hatena days. Sooo I followed you and remained silent since then because I honestly didn't know what to comment or say, but now I think I do... (Wooowww I'm terrible at speeches)
Anyways, I would like to thank you for being one of the biggest inspirations that got me to start drawing. I watched your flip note animations all the time back in Middle School and up until the online community had shut down. Along with pushing me to start practicing art, you introduced me to a fandom that got me really far in drawing. The Warriors fandom. I am not an active member of the fandom now, as I have gotten a bit older, but honestly I owe the series and the fandom a lot when it comes to my earlier practices. Your fan warriors series too (I can't quiet remember the title... The first series was about Tigerdawn and Echowing I am pretty sure... Sunstar is the villain??? Its been many years),your other series outside of warriors, and the various other projects and animated role-plays really inspired me to draw a lot. Your work pushed me to start practicing art, and it set me on a path that led me to plan to do art as a career and not just a side hobby.
I hope you don't take this as over praising and don't see me as a clingy and annoying fan, but really thank you for being the first artist that got me started in working towards my future. I know it was a bunch of cats and wolves but it started something I can't wait to get into after college is finished.
