For what I have seen Grimmjow fights those who are equally or more stronger than him, at least someone who can defend him/herself. Per example: if he didn't care how strong or hurt the person is he would have killed Ichigo at the tower and Nell too, he wouldn't even gone to pick up Orihime from the beggining, but he did because he wanted a fair fight. So, if he encounters Keigo I highly doubt that he would harm him in a dangerous way, probably scare the shit out of the pup (keigo) but not kill him.

Grimmjow is not Nnoitora! o.ó

For me Grimmjow is a Warrior! and honorable too! A warrior who just fights those who are strong!

I'm really starting to like Grimmjow more! I'm on episode 121 now. I have a long ways to go since I watch the filler arcs. xD But if only they could.
