actually, the program is MMD, unless you are talking about making the files for an MMD.
MMD = MikuMikuDance
Latest version can be found [link] NOTE: Direct X9 required (big deal hu? lol)
PMD Editor = Editing program from MMD files, PMD. This is the program that makes your own MikuMikuDance model, but ONLY comes in Japanese and is verry confusing, I recomend only for someone who has alot of experiance with MMD first, and alot of patience XD

i have got 2 qustions for u cuz this stuf has been bugging me
1. how do i get the stage fully up so that way they can stand on it
2. when i make them walk i start out with both of their legs straight then i move out one leg A. iz that the right thing to do B. how do i move the other leg?

Now, really, for 1)
What do you mean? For me, the stage starts at a position of 0,0,0 (center of map) along with all other pmd or x files I import. If you could provide me with an example what what happens when you import your stage (even if you didn't make the stage, idc) I might be able to help a bit more than right now.

For making them walk, you have to keep in mind quite a few things. For me, I usually do single frame editing, so I only have to deal with how the will look at ONE point in time, but as far as walking goes, you need to know if the character is STARTING to walk, ALREADY walking, or in the middle of some other activity. If the character is STARTING to walk, then yea, move one leg first (usually by moving foot and toe under the IK tab) then after a few frames move the second leg. If the character is ALREADY moving, move both legs into position, then alternate them moving as the frames go on. Again, if I had more detail, I could help more.
None-the-less, hope that helped a little bit.

1. when i load the stage it starts out with the area where they stand under the ground grid and whenever i try to adjust it it just either goes farther down or leans to the right
2. ive been trying to get down them starting to walk and i start them out with the leg coming out and then like every 3 frames i bend the lower leg i just have a really bad problem finding out where to move the other leg
