Blood I think is voluntary. But I do know that clinics buy platletes (if that's how you spell it). Don't know for how much though. Try googling local clinics. They should have info there.

Well it started as an April Fools thing and it was a huge trend so the mods decided to keep it and now you can give a llama in exchange for a dA point. You can't just give anyone a point. If you click on the little llama icon on y our profile, it'll say like "View Badges!" and down in the lower-right corner, there should be something like "Give a Llama to so-and-so for 1 point". With points, you can buy stuff.
