yes i know. they played here in 2001 (or maybe it was 2002). unfortunately i didn't know them at the time (was into really crap music). What do you think about their newest album, Train of Thought?

ToT took a while for me to get into, actually. I know they were trying to do a moreover metal album, which they pulled off quite nicely, but it was lacking something. I don't know if it's the fact that there isn't as much keyboard than there usually is, or the lack of emotion behind JP's playing... but the album didn't really stand out to me. After listening to it for a while, I like it more and more (especially "In the Name of God," "Honor Thy Father," and "Vacant" but JP's shredding-just-for-the-sake-of-shredding isn't doing it for me.

And... as much as I really don't want to say this, the album houses the one DT song I do not like: "This Dying Soul."

I heard that they're putting on one hell of a show this time around, though... and that all the songs off ToT sound a lot better live. I suppose I'll see for myself of April 2nd!! They're playing a lot of their 'rare' stuff on this tour. I've seen them 4 times, but have not heard "Under a Glass Moon" nor "Trial of Tears" in concert yet-- and they're playing both songs this tour!

it seems a little out of place 'cus of the camera angle.. My natural hair color is (ummm..) kinda blonde/brown. Think something between poop and sunrays hahahaha.

My eye is in fact green. But, for commercial purposes i colorized it in my avatar Glad you like it!

BTW, i hope you win that 10$ contest, your latest deviations rocks my socks
