as for it not beeing art, its a photo someone took so yes its art.
if you say it isn't art, then 3/4 of the photos on here that are stock photos and other stuff are not art. Screenshots are art also obviously but can be looked at the same way, its just a 'shot' of something. Get over your be arrogant ass and enjoy good photos which ARE art. and as muzzy said you are ashame to the nickname you have on here . If you dont like something dont bother to comment on it. Have a nice day loser.

Thx for the fav. To make stuff like that, all you really have to do in 3D Studio Max is make a shape such as a teapot then modify the hell out of it using noise, mesh smooth, bend, nice material. Most of the work is done in photoshop though, I think there are some tutorials here on the site that can teach you how to make decent stuff.
