lets say, the scizor line for example. If i wanted to ener your contest, coud I make a syher alternate evo? because scyther does evolve into scizor.

Scyther evolves into Scizor by holding Metal Coat and trading. No, you couldn't do an evolution for the contest of Scyther. This is a Johto themed contest. You must create a pre-ev, alt. ev or ev. stage of any poke'mon that's not a starter, and won't result in a 4th stage, from the Johto region era.
Meaning any poke'mon (other than a starter) that premiered in Poke'mon: Gold/Silver/Crystal versions is okay. Therefore, making an evolution or pre-evolution for Scizor would be okay, but not of Scyther. Understand? =0

If you have PayPal I believe they can do the exchange rate over their site. But I'm not sure. If you have a bank that can do the exchange rate with a Western Union money order I could send it overseas I believe...

It has to be a new deviation. You can update an old piece in a new deviation, but the deviation itself must be new you're entering with. And no, you can't delete an old piece and re-submit it into your gallery. haha
Only reason I say that is because I had somebody who tried asking me if they could do that. ^^'
