I've just been really depressed. i do so much for my family and i feel it's not appreciated and that they expect more, because i'm the dutiful son. have to constantly take care of my brother who refuses to do anything to help me out with anything. i'm just getting tired of it and tired of being fucked over, and this doesn't help with the depression i already having.
I've honestly been having really bad thoughts for over a month now...

We quiet ones keep it all inside and it ends up like this. If you're having bad thoughts, trade them for apathy. Better to look like a selfish dick than hurt yourself. I clearly have no idea how to handle sadness but I know that I really wish to see you get better

I have no idea how to deal with stress and sadness and all I know how to do is just bottle it up.

No, but life does seem to hate me sometimes. I really wish i could depend on my brother to help me out and be there, but he's proven to me time and time again that i can't. He's a good part of the reason for my depression, but not really much i can do about it.

Dudette, that stuff isn't making me have bad thoughts, it's actually very interesting reads XD Bloodborne (Which you've watched me play) takes a lot of inspiration from his stuff. I'm actually pretty glad to check out the stories. Just about finished the Dunwich Horror. The Call of the Cthulhu was an interesting read, but felt like it may have been a bit overhyped.
I find reading to be a good distraction because i tend to get really absorbed, especially when it's a good book. Atlas Shrugged was another good book i liked.
