Okay.
First, I'd suggest getting a better drawing tool. There are free options like Paint Tool SAI, GIMP, or you could get Photoshop if you have the money.
I assume you don't have access to a drawing tablet. That's okay, but mouse+MS Paint=terrible 99.9% of the time. Tools like GIMP, Photoshop, and others, usually have a "smooth stroke" option or similar, which can make your lines less jagged (SAI doesn't have this, but its pen tool/curve option is even better IMHO).
