Please check out the pic I colored of Trunks! I need you to critique my shading!

I know the skin looks terrible. I shoulda smoothed it out somehow, but yeah... I'm so new to shading and I STILL don't entirely know what parts (especially of the face) should be dark and which should be lighter. PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!!!!

Well, I've taken a look at it, and you've done a pretty good job!
Something you would like to keep in mind is where the light is hitting...wherever the lighting is in the picture determinds where and what parts to shade lighter or darker. But whatever, you did well

I also heard what happened to Lucky...I feel your pain, I know what it's like to lose a close furry friend.

Yeah, I was hoping you could give me some tips on where the light is supposed to hit in that pic. I mean, yeah, I know it can hit at dif angles and whatev, but I would really appreciate it if you could give me a few pointers.

Yeah, I really miss my puppy... My little brother... Surprisingly, though, my writer's block that I've had for like a year (I swear) is gone! My hands are so sore, I've spent nearly all these past 3 days in my bedroom writing. SO MANY IDEAS, SO LITTLE TIME!!!! ...And so few people who actually read it all... *shurgs* Whatev. I know YOU do, Kika. But it's starting to piss me off that I make books for some people and they promise to read and then they come up with excuses for why they haven't yet. I won't mention names, but you might know who these two are... *fumes, latches onto Trunks* Whatever... I gots a hot guy here, so tis all goooood...
