Basically you'll need to make sure that people are putting their stuff in the right folder. For example: you wouldn't want a picture of Sam Manson in the Danny Phantom folder. If someone does submit to the wrong folder, what I do is just deny the ticket (click the 'no' button) and kindly ask that person to resubmit to the right one. Most of the time, people see it and resubmit.

It really is, it's crazy, I've tried contacting some of the original artists and so far only one has responded back telling me they were unaware their work was being stolen.

That sucks. It really is boggling to me though how these art thieves think they can get away with it though? CommanderMs didn't even remove any watermarks or signatures, and they even go so far as to copy the description the original artist made...it really is stupid.

It doesn't make any sense, and yeah, they didn't even bother to remove the watermarks or signatures, and some of the artists may haveΒ made it pretty hard to remove watermarks, like the one on Krossan's art.

It depends what you want to share. If it's a deviation or a journal post, there should be a couple of share icons on the right (Facebook, Twitter, etc). Clicking the drop-down menu gives more options as well as a link.
