Have I forgotten who I truly am?I walk with my head low, pondering over
What has been done.
I was once strong, and sullen. But now I’ll
Turn away.
When I know I have been beat.
Which I would consider all the time now.
It is not fair to me,
Or the people around me who have been there to
Pull me out of the abyss.
And I know I have taken my first steps, to recover.
I feel stronger again, my willpower has increased.
I fight back.
If you think I will be taken down again, once so easily,
Think again.
For now I will walk with my head held high
I will not care what you think of me
When I pass you.
I am not human,
Because I’m still just a hybrid fox,
Named Notepad.
