The way Nightmare Moon looks is just astoundingly awesome like something from Very detailed RPG or anime. I understand it a manga format comic but this is amazing.

I want to offer a few constructive criticism, but am afraid of coming off as complaining or condescending. The only think I wish is to help you further improve an already great series. I ask you in advance to forgive me if you feel insulted in any way.
The panel layouts should be optimized. The layout is an important aspect of the storytelling, perhaps as much as the art itself. I feel like you might be hesitant to cover up your beautiful art, but this makes it look spaced out and sometimes confusing to read. It's fine to cover up parts of the artwork to create a better layout, because the human mind is very good at filling in missing information.
Take this page for example. If the reactions of the mane 6 gathered in one corner, it would actually save quite a bit of space between their individual squares. If Dusk Shine is arranged to be close to the middle of the 6 and has a slightly larger space, it would show you that they should be considered a group, with Dusk Shine as its leader. A weaker point is that it would subtly show their relative positions (i.e. NMM on stage and the mane 6 in the crowd) without requiring another scene showing exactly that.
The panels should generally be flush against a rectangle. It just makes everything look neater. The only exceptions are, of course, the overflowing and border-less panels.
As for the artwork, I get that it's your drawing style, butΒ with the exception of Rarity,Β the mares' eyes don't have prominent eyelashes. I recall that there was an infographic which pointed out how eye shapes and eye lashes help define the pony's personality. When those details are left out, I feel like they are losing part of their personalities. I'm sure you know the saying "The eyes are the window to the soul".
