1- Go to "Programs Files/iTunes/iTunes.Resources" and open "iTunes.qtr" with a hex editor and do this: [link]
2- Open and edit "iTunes.qtr.rsrc" with themepark: [link]
3- Open the "iTunes.qtr.data" with the hex editor and make a new qtr file: [link]
4- Copy the new "iTunes.qtr" to the "iTunes.Resources" folder
5- End

after i installed the windows style, started iTunes "There are some files missing, please reinstall iTunes" or something like that.
