1. Astral Magic: A master of astral magic, she can manipulate astral energy to perform a variety of spells.
2. Astral Projection Form Manipulation: By using astral magic she can project her consciousness outside her body and into the astral plane while her physical body rests. She can change the appearance of this projection in terms of clothing and color. But she can go even further as she can grow her hair exponentially in this form, she can grow her hair into tendrils, weapons, and wings for flight.

The Astral Journal: This book has nearly on information on astral magic and the astral plane, which she uses to grow her power and learn more about her abilities.
Weaknesses:
1. Situational Use: As useful and as powerful as she sounds her abilities only work inside the astral plane and are useless in the waking world
2. Weak Human Physiology: Despite her form in the astral plane being an astral projection it still carries the same properties as a normal human and any damage done to her astral form can show up on her real body including death and the reverse is true as while in the astral plane her real body is left in a sleep-like state and is completely defenseless. And Megan's human body is alot weaker

Megan Foster has Cancer. And yeah it's pretty bad. Her days suck in her hospital bed getting treatment. She would long for the days where she could play and explore like other kids, but sadly that was not the case. Until she came across a copy of the astral journal and she began reading about the astral plane and decided to attempt astral projection. And it worked bringing herself into the Astral plane and it amazed her and excited her. She began to learn more about what she could do there from the Astral journal, unfortunately, the book was missing a lot of pages so she could only learn so much but she took that to the max. Eventually, as she explored and played in the astral plane she bumped into Jasmine the Astragirl. The two found a mutual friendship in the love for adventuring in the astral plane and Jasmine become a mentor figure to the young Megan. But when danger threatened their newfound joy it was Megan that convinced jasmine to act and push them to become heroes. It was even them that suggest their new heroic names. Jasmine would be the Astagirl and Megan would be the Cosmic Curl!
Basic Personality:
A fun-loving kid that likes adventure and goofing around, they only want to play and explore and hate when things get complicated and serious. She just wants to do cool hero stuff and is more instead on the cool fights and stuff and actually doing the right thing. She's got a lot of room to grow.
