Colab betweem and- When i heard that one of my fav artists on DA would colab with me, i put everything aside (even homework) and start designing. Here's a mixture of computerologist's sweet and dirty abstract 3d skills with my own 2d 'vector' skills slapped on top. I had fun with this one and i hope you enjoy viewing it as i did designing it, cheers.

Very nice work here. The 2d elements given the drop shadows really give the piece a unique sense of depth. While i'm kind of iffy on the female, it still fits in nicely and all the elements are blended in quite well. Overall, nicely done.

3d looks kinda bad, leave the girl out, she really ditracts from the image...good color scheme with the overall image and the dirty type girl.
I'm distracted majorly by the big hunk of black below the girl, it has no place or meaning, it's like the black is hiding mistakes, or a bad part of the image, and then sorta of "slapped" on top of everything else.
Just a few adjustments to this image, would make it 10x better.

Not to insult either of you, because I see talent in both of you, but where's the concept? Did you even talk to each other before about what you wanted the other to accomplish so you could integrate the two? You both can use your respective programs well, but couldn't you guys do something more creative than 2 designs smack dab in the middle of the page that don't do much to interact with the other or the edges of your design? You normally have to spend at least as much time before you start drawing building the concept as you do actually drawing the thing. If you guys did discuss what you were going to do beforehand, I would like to hear about the concept behind this piece.
