here are the previous years:

in previous years, i felt like was improving rapidly, but this year, ii feel like the improvement has slowed down. I know this is because i haven't been reaching out of my comfort zone often. My anatomy has improved a bit though and this year definitely looks better than last year.
I still see room for a lot of improvement, so onward to 2017!
