This is Hacker, in an episode of the AU he is introduced as a villain, however thanks to an invention from Mr P, the good guys were able to rob him of his powers. With nothing left in his life, he pleaded to be friends with the others. Being the heroes they were, they forgave him for his misdeeds and now they are all good friends.
