What a lovely and magical illustration!
The composition is great: exclude the eyes, her glance, from the drawing adds more mystery and charm to it. The shades of the skin and hair are great, and her neck is sooo long! I love it!
I like the fact that the dress/corset has less shading because it enhances the key (and the neck, of course XD)
I'd like to have that key too...

I have a beautiful vintage charm necklace that has a small key on it,i always found there's something fascinating and mystical about old keys..So i wanted one to be the center of attention in this painting.It's after all (even if it doesn't show and it's only to my eyes because i thought of it) a painting about locked doors and the knowledge of the secrets kept behind them..

Yes,there is and this was inspired by it.The painting and the song entwined in my mind after that and it felt like i couldn't have any other title.
