Grand Senior Banker; Custodian of Elivia's nation treasury; and Second to the King; Adaman is simply a detestable being.
Born in the era of the great plague; the child saw himself undergoing one of the most dangerous surgical operations that had ever been performed; sometimes considered illegal. To the latter was grafted the lungs of dragons of fire; organs that will allow him to neutralize the aerial diseases that are ubiquitous at this time; but also to drastically slow down its aging.
The operation was a success to the surprise of the doctor as well as his parents. This surprise was short-lived; while those people turn into ashes in a few moments following the uncontrollable and unfortunate throwing of flames from the young Adaman; distraught and bewildered.
People who have undergone these transformations, sometimes so painful that they cause death, are called "deformed"
It is also worth noting that these kinds of modifications are not just bodily. With its flames is also born an inevitable and gargantuan attraction for gold -
Adaman is not a being to whom you can give your opinion; nor with whom you can discuss. Despite his fiery lungs; there is no colder man in the kingdom.
