Cool design, but aside from his mutation making him more prone to rage, I just don't care about him. Like, his voice actor did amazing, but even that couldn't get me to really find him interesting beyond his mutation.
Edit: Been thinking more about it and while I wish his arc was more refined, he still was a good villain at least. So, still not my favorite but definitely not my least favorite either.
