What I liked about it: The colors are very complimentary, the anatomy is perfect, The strokes look like like you actually painted it rather than using a paint tool, the lips are very full, the lighting is very consistent, the originality of it is very clear, you send this very enigmatic message that kind of makes the observer linger, you use the smudge tool very well, and the focal point is alittle off but doesn't effect it and it's a very beautifully produce drawing.
What could use improvement: The focal point, as I stated, is a little off. you have all these overwhelmingly bright colors, the background contrasts alot with the wings, and you make this piece so overpowering to the eyes and the focal point usually is the thing that sticks out. what ends up happening is alot of people end up, instead of looking at the neck or lips, will travel down to the character's stomach or bust as the focal point which is a place that lacks any of the beauty.
Another thing that strikes me is the neck area. you chose the wrong palette, in my opinion, for showing that it is lit because it is to the point that the area looks raw like a rash which takes away from the beauty of the piece as well. I'd suggest maybe choosing a brighter color palette when depicting light next time, or maybe even a blue shade.
Overall: The piece is great, you're definitely, without question, a very good artist with the potential to make a living with your work. as we speak in fact, I'm adding you to my watch list. Keep up the good work.

I've been watching you for quite a while now and I've gotta say these last few updates have been really great. I'm really enjoying the mark making and the way your letting the tools show off what they can do. I really can't say anything negative that wouldn't be personal opinion. However I think the drawing could stand to be a bit stronger as well as the sense of light. I don't know what the intention of the piece was so its very hard to help you push this further or if you even want to. However I think allowing the light to pop off the face and shoulders more would really do this piece justice. If you put your piece into gray scale you'll see that your'e not using the full value range. The darks are there and working well however you never push past a light midtone in the lighter areas. You may have chosen to not go further though so if thats the case nvm lol. I will say thought I think if you went in and lightened the values of fire and small glowing rings it would help a lot.
I can't wait to see more updates and keep doing what your'e doing!

The Artist has true skill in this area of style and shows that he/she can work to greater length with his/her Art Style. The picture makes me think of a powerful being (Possibly to be considered a god).
The Picture is almost perfect except for loss of detail in certain areas (Mainly the fire appearing from the eyes.) Its almost perfect and seems to form a crown making the point about the form of higher power a main point to this picture.
In all, everything is perfect except for the loss of detail in the crown of fire from the eyes upwards!

I need a book cover that is gonna be for my new professional book coming out. I need a teenage boy in the middle of the cover flying in mid air with his back stretched out like he has been exorcized and I want a phoenix aura around him. I want his whole entire body to have the aura of the fire phoniex so his whole entire body will be made of fire like the torch but with Jean Grey phoenix around him (Search marvel comic books to find out who they are if you don't know). For the background I want it to be a darkened city that has neon green little lights in the background like green energy blast. Besides that r background should take the time of at night and in the middle of a huge mansion/school

This is a very interesting, but really beautiful piece... it caught my eye right away. I think what I love most about it is just the use of color and also your painting technique... so many of the little swirls and such throughout remind me of the bristle texture of an oil work when I look at this, which is always a great thing. In any case, very lovely work!
