It was an unfinished drawing I've made in 2009~ and I decided to finish it recently~Hope you like~^^

It was the only fault i could find with it.
i just like to come back with critique to people.. cause i know myself, i've only been drawing for 3 years, and the only reason i've improved is because people kindly point out things i could do better on (:

I dunno how to put it, but I personally really prefer a simpler but more colourful colouring style (for example harder edge cell shade like your ID) with your drawing. XD
It's just some kind of feel your drawing gives(probably the light casual pop bit and theme of your drawings) that make me feel that will suit well.
meh this is not even an opinion, just personal preference XD.

Oooh, this is such a lovely, yet sad picture. There's much work put in that, it shows ^w^
First of all, the girl is amazing! Her hair, they are so shiny *o* Their strands are well placed, the shadow and light perfectly balanced. We can see the strands and it still fills "anime" even though it is much more worked than the quickly done shadows in usual animes. I don't know if that made sense, but if it didn't, I just meant that I love them and the work put into them and the design xD
Her expression is really sad as well. It's as if she's staring into nothingness as well, as if she's broken, or about to be, or scared to be. Something you would see as well on something not human. She has a mechanical heart, after all (if I got it right... xD).
There are so many folds on her dress and it's amazing! You barely used any lineart for them as well, so it shows that you know how folds work, something not easy to understand. Congrats on that~! I like also how you used purple instead of grey to do the shadows, that way it fits with the light and background of the drawing. However, maybe you should have used a bit less of dark purple, or less folds on the lower part of the dress, the one touching the ground? I feel like it's cutting short between the line seperating the dress and the ground. The purple touching that line feels just a bit off to me. But maybe it's just me lol.
Her position anad anatomy are great~ I really need to learn to do sitting positions like you do xD
The mechanic parts of her heart are really well drawn! They look real ^w^ And her heart is shiny~ However, there's something that ticks me a little bit. While the door is nicely proportionned in perspective, it looks like its attached to a picture on the dress instead of being the door to a trap. I think it would have been best to add some more perspective, but for inside of her trap. I don't know how to explain it better than that, english isn't my native language, so ^^" Sorry, I do really hope you understand ^^"
The wings are beautiful, I love how feathery they look and their shadows are great ^w^
Moving on the the background. It's seriously gorgeous. I love what you did with it, that you used different textures than the ones used on the girl. Not only does it put emphasis on the girl, making her look even more shiny so that our attention is more drawn to her, but it makes it cool and somewhat a bit creepy, seeing as I'm sure it's not supposed to be a background coming from a fairytale xD The trees, the grass, the water, they look very real and I just love that sort of effect >w<
Oh, and the dots of light definitely add a magic touch to the whole piece, which can be quite... ironic? Somewhat lol, since it's two opposites : machine and magic. Yep, I like ^^
Overall, this is definitely a gorgeous scene and is a definite favourite~ ^^

I was a little worried about the lights~XD.... I don't know if those lights made the drawing lose its meaning~ +_+~ but maybe it's something that caught the attention~ Idk

You're welcome ^^ I believe long comments are the best for the artist, it shows how much their arts are appreciated ^w^ It's also my way to write my observations so that I can learn from great artist like you ^^
I'm glad you seemed to understand my explanations xD Sometimes I fear the one reading what I write will just go "O.o" while reading xD
It's good to know that I could help and that you'll be able to edit things ^^ And don't worry about the heart container, you experimented and you saw what it gave, what was good and what was wrong. We need to do it at least one time before we can understand, right :3
And you shouldn't worry about the lights. They're really pretty >w< I say you should let them there ^^
