Description
Sunrise and sunset over Jezero crater, as seen by NASA's Mars rover Perseverance.The image on the left was taken in the early morning of February 4, 2023, at 06:11 local mean solar time.
The image on the right was taken on the same day, in the evening at 19:00 local mean solar time.
Some faint noctilucent clouds are visible as a bonus.
Both images were taken by the Left Navigation Camera and were colorized as a human would experience sunrise and sunset on Mars.
