This is really good. I like the clean detail of the hair, and the subtle lighting of the background details.
The back of the woman could do with some more form, I believe. Right now it follows a smooth, somewhat straight line, but I think there should be some more shape to it, keeping in mind the shoulder blade, rib cage, and back muscles.
