Today's strip is a long-overdue gift for OlgyRodz13, who won the 2012 ConJamSwap last October with a great picture of Apsara dressed as Catwoman fav.me/d5iwibq . She wanted me to draw a picture of Winslow interacting with Lumpy Space Princess from Adventure Time, and for some reason my immediate thought was Winslow using her as a hot-air balloon.
Of course, Winslow's too big to ride around in a basket tied to LSP's undercarriage, so I had to use Little Winslow instead. What was supposed to be a simple drawing of two characters turned into a full-fledged comic, complete with sparkles and rainbows and pick-up-lines-but-not-really.
Anyway, I didn't put a Ben & Winslow comic up on Defenestration last Friday like I normally do, because the literary magazine portion of the site went live on Saturday www.defenestrationmag.net/2013… . So consider this a special replacement comic or whatever.
