Ruby Camellia is the best friend of Oddie Lalonde, for the two were part of an exploration team in the past as teenagers. After the two were separated, she made it her goal to search for him, and for 5 years she struggled to find his whereabouts. That was, until a fateful encounter where the two reunited.

The two are inseparable, usually doing everything together when possible. She is a member of the Oddie Gang, which mostly features herself, Oddie, Hanako, and Tatsuki.

While she may come off as a little brash to others who know nothing about her, she's still a brave individual, proving her physical strength time and time again. Despite her weight, she isn't hindered by it, instead using it as an advantage.

Due to a birth defect, she is unable to evolve.
