i've done this cell's form only for fun, maybe i use it for my Af fanfic but it's too unreal...(tenkaichi 3 fake)

it looks as if cell realized that he wasn't perfect yet and needed to absorb 16 to obtain his true form and to do so he had to instant transmission to trunks' time machine and go back to right before he killed 16 again, or maybe he went back in time and absorbed anotherperfect cell?

I must agree that he need's a little more work but still I like the black corpus (armor) and the wings.
has a good point here ... what would happen if Cell wouldn't destroy Android 16 and just obserbed him in the first place so he would surrely become the most powerfull being on the planet.

Hmm now that is interesting, double wings, he went from looking like some kind of mutant grasshopper in his first form, to a beaked green reptile man, to a more human form, back to a mutant grasshopper.

yes, i know... but i've tried to do another form of cell... i can't do too much mod do his form... cell is always antropomorfic (sorry for my english...)

a good thing to do with this pic is to make his eyes the pupil color all around, reverse the green with the black, and give him another set of wings.

no problem, my english isnt good to... i am german...
But you could let cell absorbe another android... maybe he can train in heaven, cam back and finds a way to absorbe the C16 in past before destroyed(i know, he can absorb anorganic, but now he maybe can) and get a very hard power charge with metal or something! XD (i have my own big fan fic about DB AF and DB XGZ)
